Goalkeeper Rafael, who reported some neck trouble in training over the weekend, is fit enough to start.

Palermo's Ezequiel Munoz misses out once again with a hamstring injury, with Parma's on-loan Zouhair Feddal starting in his place in the three-man defence they used to great effect in Serie B.

Former Hibernian and Leicester City defender Sol Bamba is only fit enough for the bench, having returned late from international duty with Ivory Coast during the week.
