Milan could rival Roma and Arsenal for the signature of Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech, reports in Britain suggest.

The Rossoneri are thought to be in the market for a ‘keeper, having been linked with Genoa’s Mattia Perin in recent days.

Now the Daily Express reports that the San Siro side are considering a bid for Chelsea’s Petr Cech.

The Czech Republic international has ousted from the first team at Stamford Bridge after the summer arrival of Thibaut Courtois, and had been linked with moves to Roma and Arsenal.

However, the newspaper believes that Milan are also in the hunt for the 32-year-old’s signature, despite signing Diego Lopez from Real Madrid this summer.

The Express says that selling Cech abroad would be preferable to allowing him to join Arsenal for Jose Mourinho’s side, and while the Portuguese manager is loathe to sell the player, he would not stand in his way should Cech request a transfer.
