The French news outlet reports that Mancini was close to joining the French champions when Carlo Ancelotti left to join Real Madrid in 2013, and remains in contact with a number of PSG players, including Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Laurent Blanc is currently on the bench at Parc des Princes, but is coming under increasing scrutiny after a poor run of form.
