Roma and Bayer Leverkusen have finally found a deal for the sale of defender Tin Jedvaj, according to reports.

The Croatian joined the German team on loan last summer, and both the player and the Bundesliga outfit have since repeatedly expressed their desire to finalise a permanent move.

German sources suggested four days ago that a deal had been arranged at €7.5m for the player and today Sky Sport Italia confirm that an agreement has been reached.

However, they slightly amend the transfer fee said to have been agreed, saying that the Giallorossi will receive €7m when the transfer is made official.
