He was interviewed by French Canal+ and asked about the reported interest from Paris Saint-Germain.

“We must do everything to ensure the squad is not distracted.”
Benitez has also been linked with a return to Liverpool, which is where his family still lives.
“From a tactical point of view, Serie A is very organised. Napoli are a young side who are still learning at an international level.
“The day I leave, whether it’s next season or in five years, I hope that I have left behind a great Napoli on a national and international level.
“My plan is for every player to know the philosophy of football to be used on the field, so that there is a stable tactical project to take forward.
“Over the course of a campaign, this aspect can make the difference.”
