Serie B side Trapani have officially sacked Coach Roberto Boscaglia after dropping into the play-out zone.
The Sicilians were defeated by Crotone at the weekend and that proved the final straw for the club hierarchy.
“It was a painful decision, but a necessary one,” explained President Vittorio Morace.
Boscaglia had taken Trapani to promotion into Serie B.
The team has temporarily been handed to Primavera youth team Coaches Luigi Garzya and Giacomo Filippi.
