President Silvio Berlusconi said there are “different visions” within Milan and, as reports intensify of an approach for Ancelotti, SuperPippo’s departure seems certain.

“I am experiencing the build-up in the same way as any other match. I am the Milan Coach and have one more year on my contract.

“I will keep going along my path unless I am told otherwise. I gave everything I had. I have been talking to the President for nine moths. Often we agree on issues, sometimes we don’t, but he always allowed me to work.

“In all families there are different opinions. I don’t see a problem. In fact, Berlusconi said some positive and constructive things that the media didn’t make much of.

“I will continue my work, then the club will tell me what is going to happen. Ancelotti is a great Coach and we often talk, but until I am told something then I’ll carry on.”

The reports are that Ancelotti would be given €150m on the transfer market, so what could Inzaghi do with that money?

“You don’t need to ask me that. Adriano Galliani and the President know my ideas on how to become great again. I hope they’ll give me the chance to bring Milan back where it belongs.”
