Roma have announced the signing of Iago Falque for a fee of up to €9m from Genoa.
The Spanish midfielder will arrive on an initial €1m loan deal, though this is in essence just a way of spreading payment, as a €7m redemption will come into effect once he plays a competitive match.
“AS Roma announces that the club have signed a loan agreement with Genoa FC for the services of Iago Falqué Silva until June 30, 2016 for a fee of €1 million,” the Giallorossi announced on their official website.
