Empoli have officially signed ex-Parma defender Andrea Costa as a free agent.
The 29-year-old was out of contract following the Ducali’s bankruptcy.
He put pen to paper on a three-year deal this afternoon, as confirmed by a club statement.
A left-back, Costa can also play in central defence.
His previous clubs include Bologna, Reggina and Sampdoria.
