Roma are reportedly making another offer for Liverpool centre-back Mamadou Sakho.
The Giallorossi had already approached the French-Senegalese defender over the summer, but are planning a new swoop in January.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, Sakho is considered the ideal reinforcement while Leandro Castan continues his full recovery from a year out following brain surgery.
The 25-year-old recent penned a contract extension to June 2017 and is valued at around €18m.
