“For the moment we’ve kept Florenzi and Maicon on separate training regimes, but they have recovered well and are called up.

“De Rossi is also in the squad. It’ll be difficult to see him play the entire match, but he’s there. We'll see tomorrow morning. Seydou Keita is called up too.

“Iago Falque was injured, as was Edin Dzeko, but they’re recovering and at the moment not yet 100 per cent, because there are non-dangerous aches and pains.

“We proved that we know how to start strong and make the difference straight away. We take less time to get into a game. It’s better to start well, although of course games last 95 minutes and you need to be on point throughout.”
