Sassuolo have announced the signing of Stefano Sensi, who will return to Cesena on loan until the end of the season.
The midfielder is an Italy Under-20 international and has been sought-after in the transfer market, with Juventus, Roma and Milan also believed to be interested.
The Neroverdi announced their new signing from Cesena today and he will return to the Serie B side until the end of the season on loan.
The 20-year-old has scored three goals in 18 appearances for the club so far this season in the Italian second tier.
“Sassuolo Calcio announce they have completed the signing of Stefano Sensi, who will leave on loan to Cesena Calcio until 30 June 2016,” read a statement on the club’s official website.
