Beppe Iachini admits Palermo “have changed” in the last three months after a 5-0 defeat to Roma on his comeback.
The Coach was sacked in November, replaced by a series of tacticians until his recall this week.
“We knew that there was a lot of work to be done after my return and situations to resolve,” Iachini told Rai Sport.
“We must continue working to find the confidence and the mechanisms that perhaps some players have lost over time.

“Coming back here I found that some players have changed from when I last saw them three months ago. We must rediscover the confidence in our abilities to get the necessary points for Serie A safety.
“There are a few weeks of very hard work ahead of us, above all to find some sense of normality, which hasn’t been the case for a long while.
“It’s going to be a tough job, because some players are not the same as when I left them three months ago.”
