Manchester United have joined Chelsea and Arsenal in tracking Kostas Manolas, but Roma are unlikely to sell this summer.

Sky Sport Italia claims today that Manchester United had a meeting with the Greek defender’s agent over the last few days.

This comes hot on the heels of Antonio Conte requesting Manolas for his new-look Chelsea, while Arsenal have long been linked with the 24-year-old.

However, it is very unlikely that Roma will part with their centre-back this summer.

The reason is a clause in the contract meaning they’d have to give former club Olympiakos half the transfer fee if he is sold before September 1, 2016.

With that in mind, the Giallorossi are believed to be in talks to extend Manolas’ contract.
