Adem Ljajic and Iago Falque made their debuts for Torino in a 4-2 friendly victory over Renate.

The two players arrived from Roma this week and completed the trident attack with Maxi Lopez in a 4-3-3 formation.

Renate took a surprise 2-0 lead thanks to an Alfred Gomis error and header on the stroke of half time, but in the opening 45 minutes both Ljajic and Falque hit the woodwork with free kicks.

Emiliano Moretti also thumped the crossbar after the restart and Toro changed the entire XI on the hour mark.

Andrea Belotti didn’t take long to find the net, meeting a Boye assist at the near post, then Josef Martinez scored with a spectacular volley.

Aramu’s free kick went in off the inside the post and Belotti completed the comeback late on.
