“I doubt I'll go back, for the simple reason that I'm happy in Munich too. Bayern is everything I could wish for.

“[Carlo] Ancelotti is a brilliant Coach, one of the best and most knowledgeable in the world. I'm happy he's here.”

Juventus have been turning heads in Europe after a stunning market campaign that saw them signing the likes of Gonzalo Higuain, Miralem Pjanic and Marko Pjaca.

“They really have become very competitive. They signed many important players and doubtlessly they've reached the level of the other top clubs. They can fight to win the Champions League.

“But my Bayern is the best team in the world, stronger even than Juve when I was there. That's why we want to win every possible title. Ancelotti and this group are sufficient to become the number one team in Europe.”
