Roberto Donadoni wants to see desire and intensity from his Bologna players when they face Genoa on Sunday.

The Rossoblu have ten points from six Serie A matches so far this season and come into the match on the back of a positive display in the 1-1 draw at Inter.

However, speaking at the Press conference to preview the meeting with Ivan Juric’s team, the 53-year-old revealed he expects a stern test at Stadio Renato Dall’Ara.

However, speaking at the Press conference to preview the meeting with Ivan Juric’s team, the 53-year-old revealed he expects a stern test at Stadio Renato Dall’Ara.

“From my point of view, it’s a very complicated match,” Donadoni told reporters. “Anyone who doesn’t think that hasn’t understood!

“Genoa are tough, they will look to give us a hard time on individual duels and on the physical aspect.

“I want to see desire and intensity to get the three points.”

Donadoni then claimed he still hasn’t decided what his starting eleven will be.

“The line-up? Training today will be key to my decision. Tomorrow I want people on the pitch who are fit and physically solid.”
