Bologna defender Adam Masina has been subjected to racist comments on his Wikipedia page.
The comments, which were derogatory to his Moroccan origins, have since been removed and Bologna have released an official statement in support of the player.
“After the racist tampering of his wikipedia page, the club and fans stand by Adam Masina. He is stronger than such stupidity.”
The 22-year-old will likely be in action when Bologna take on Sassuolo at home this Sunday.
