Zamparini’s desperation to sell Palermo is no secret, but there appears to be sudden movement in regards to the Neroverdi being taken over if the President’s latest remarks are to be believed.
“We’re looking for quicker players and a certain physicality,” the 75-year-old told Giornale di Siciliana.

“[Sporting director] Faggiano? He’s done little so far, I’m still watching him. I’m curious to see him at work.
“Sale of Palermo? For now, I’m looking at the table. On the corporate front, closing may be reached by the end of 2016.”
