They suggest that Belotti isn’t the only Toro starlet being watched, but that there’s also a keen eye on midfielder Baselli.
Belotti turns 23 next month and is expected to sign a new contract extension with €50m release clause.
He has netted eight times with four assists in 10 Serie A games this season, plus three goals in five senior Italy caps.
Teammate Baselli is 24 years old and remains on the fringes of the senior Italy squad.
Toro paid €6m to take him from Atalanta in July 2015 and this season he has an impressive four goals with two assists in 12 Serie A appearances.
