Zlatan Ibrahimovic will undergo tests on Wednesday after he picked up an ankle injury in the 2-2 draw with Malmo.
The Swede was forced off in the second half of a friendly tie which the Rossoneri went on to win on penalties.
"At one point in the game I twisted my ankle and I was in pain," he stated. "I played on for a while longer by gritting my teeth.
"Now we have two days off and we'll see how I'm feeling when we get back to training.
"The Milan doctors are confident that it is nothing serious."
Sunday's problem was on the same ankle that he injured in the game at Roma on May 7 when the Rossoneri lifted the Scudetto.
The Rossoneri will be back at Milanello later this week where Ibrahimovic will have a number of precautionary examinations carried out.
