Gennaro Gattuso was released from hospital after tests for problems with his eye and head last night.
“He was feeling very dizzy, but now he is doing better,” said Coach Massimiliano Allegri.
The Milan midfielder went off during the opening minutes of the 2-2 draw with Lazio at San Siro.
He had already suffered from blurry vision over the last few days, then received a blow to the head in a collision with Alessandro Nesta.
The club confirmed Gattuso was taken to the Fatebenefratelli hospital in Milan and given the all-clear after tests.
It remains to be seen whether the veteran will be risked for Tuesday's Champions League trip to Barcelona.
