Stevan Jovetic is in no rush to sign a new contract at Serie A club Fiorentina, his agent has insisted.
There were suggestions that the player was close to extending his deal which currently comes to an end in June 2013.
However, after missing all of last season with injury, the Montenegro attacking midfielder is just concentrating on playing football again.
"He still has two years left to run on his present agreement," Fali Ramadani exclusively told Calciomercato.it.
"I have no meetings set up with the club about this matter.
"Stevan has always said that he wants to remain at this club, therefore the desire to stay is already there.
"For now, the most important thing is that he does well on the field of play. There is plenty of time for everything else."
Jovetic, 21, appeared in Sunday's 2-0 win over Bologna where he played a part in Alessio Cerci's goal.
