Ivan Ramiro Cordoba has urged his Inter teammates to give their full backing to boss Gian Piero Gasperini.
The latter was appointed as the new Nerazzurri Coach during the summer after Leonardo's shock decision to take up a director role at Paris Saint-Germain.
Gasp, though, is already under great pressure after a difficult pre-season and a 4-3 loss at Palermo on Sunday.
"You have to accept the changes," the Colombian stopper noted. "The Coach works in the way he does and we have to support him.
"We must work hard and adapt to the situation that we have in front of us. Only by doing that can we do well."
Gasperini's 3-4-3 tactics have been placed into question and there are suggestions that he could use a 4-3-1-2 against Trabzonspor this evening in the Champions League.
