Edinson Cavani insists that Napoli have a right to dream ahead of Sunday's clash against champions Milan.
The Azzurri were a revelation last term when they finished the season in third place to qualify for the Champions League.
And having marked their Champions League debut with a 1-1 draw at Manchester City, the Stadio San Paolo side are looking to again impress against Milan.
"It's only normal to dream," Cavani told Radio Marte. "I've been dreaming since I was a young boy. My father taught me that dreams help you to never give up, they enable you to reach objectives."
Napoli are being considered as serious Scudetto contenders this term and Cavani thinks they're good enough to beat Milan this weekend.
"This squad is made up of great men and this characteristic is what pushes us on the field of play," added the Uruguayan.
"Milan have great champions, but we have a squad made up of some excellent players and we'll look to give joy to our fans.
"We have to just play every single game as if it is a Final," he continued.
"It won't be easy to repeat what we did last term, but I'll give everything I have for my teammates and for Napoli."
