Zenit St Petersburg boss Luciano Spalletti doesn’t seem to be missing life in the world of Italian football.
Spalletti is considered as one of the nation’s most talented tacticians and, as a result, he’s often linked with high profile jobs in the peninsula.
Nevertheless, the 52-year-old has maintained that he has no desire to leave his present team at this moment in time.
“It would be an honour and a great responsibility to continue coaching here in Russia,” he told Rusland 2.
The former Udinese tactician was snapped up by Zenit on a three-year deal in December 2009 after he resigned at Roma in the September of that same year.
So far in his reign, Spalletti has won the Russian Premier League, the Russian Cup and the Russian Super Cup.
The former Empoli player has been linked with Juventus, Inter, Milan and Chelsea over the last two or three years.
