This will be Gaston Ramirez's last season with Bologna, the talented fantasista's agent has declared.
Ramirez was targeted by a number of top clubs over the summer, but he remained at the Stadio Dal'Ara.
While Vincenzo D'Ippolito dismissed talk of a January move, he did confirm that a transfer at the end of the campaign was inevitable.
"Ramirez is liked by a number of clubs, including Napoli," D'Ippolito told Radio Kiss Kiss on Thursday. "He's destined for a great club.
"I doubt that he will be sold in January, but he will certainly be leaving Bologna next summer."
The Uruguayan, an attacking midfielder who can also be used on the wing, will turn 21 in December.
He was linked with Roma, Fiorentina, Udinese and Juventus before the transfer window closed on August 31.
