Zlatan Ibrahimovic celebrates his 101st Serie A goals and tells Milan “we must continue along this path.”
The Swede netted a brace in tonight’s 4-0 victory over Chievo and burst through his personal century mark.
“We are playing well and have great confidence in our abilities,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“After the break we controlled the game by keeping possession, as we had won it in the first half. Now we must continue along this path.
“I am very happy to have scored over 100 goals in Italy. I’ve improved a lot in front of the net and for that I must thank this country.”
There are reports Ibra could have a new Milan teammate in January, as Manchester City are in negotiations to loan them Carlos Tevez.
“I just read a few things in the newspapers. These decisions are down to the directors and the Coach, not to us players.”
