Michele Pazienza could leave Juventus this month – but only if the Turin giants bring in a replacement first.
Pazienza, a 29-year-old central midfielder, joined the Old Lady on a free transfer once his Napoli contract expired in June.
However, he’s only made eight Serie A appearances so far this season and seven of those were as a substitute.
“We’ll see what happens over the next few days,” his agent Vincenzo D’Ippolito told Radio Mana Mana when asked about the chances of a January move.
“Michele is a player who is greatly admired, not just by Juventus but by the majority of Italian sides – including Udinese who want to sign him.
“However, no deal could be agreed before the Turin side bought in a new midfielder themselves.”
The Old Lady have been linked with Roma’s David Pizarro and Angelo Palombo of Serie B side Sampdoria.
“Yes, they could unblock things even if they are two different midfielders to Pazienza,” concluded D’Ippolito.
