Ivan Cordoba joined Inter in 2000 and looks back on his “11 years with many special moments. I'm proud to still represent this team.”
The Colombian made his debut for the Nerazzurri in January 2000 and welcomes in the new year with Coach Leonardo.
“The first training session of the year went well,” he told Inter Channel. “We had fun and I think the team is slowly getting back in shape.
“After a year in which we won everything, it was great to see hundreds of fans here to cheer us on in the training ground.
“The new Coach has been very clear on what he wants from us, hoping that we'll quickly pick up his ideas, as we don't have much time to work on tactics with so many games coming up.”
Cordoba went through the rough times and the good in the Inter jersey since making his debut against Perugia on January 6.
“I enjoyed these 11 years with many special moments that will always stay in my memory. I am very proud to still represent this team and will do as long as I can, with all my heart.”
