Wolfsburg defender Andrea Barzagli has confirmed “the two clubs are talking” over his move to Juventus.
There are reports the Italy international has already agreed a deal for his transfer to Turin, but he insists those claims are premature.
“Juve are certainly an interesting option and I am pleased to see their interest in me,” Barzagli told Sky Sport Italia.
“I don't know anything about the details of the negotiations, but the two clubs are talking and then we'll see what happens.”
Barzagli's contract expires at the end of the season, so he could join Juventus for free during the January transfer session.
Wolfsburg still owe Juve money from their signing of Diego in the summer.
