Adriano has undergone surgery for a shoulder injury and will be out for a month, while Juventus lose Armand Traoré for three weeks.
Roma striker Adriano suffered the dislocation and fracture in his right shoulder during the Coppa Italia derby win over Lazio last week.
It was decided he needed surgery to correct the problem “and prevent recurring problems,” so Roma announced he has already had the procedure.
“The player will continue the rehabilitation process in the next few days.” Adriano is expected to be out for three to four weeks.
Juventus have lost full-back Traoré for three weeks after he pulled up with a right thigh strain.
The former Arsenal man limped off during the opening couple of minutes in the 0-0 draw with Sampdoria on Sunday.
