Line-ups: Revamped Inter face Palermo

Julio Cesar, Diego Milito and Philippe Coutinho return to Inter's starting XI with Giampaolo Pazzini on the bench against Palermo.

The Nerazzurri are completely reshuffled due to injuries and suspensions that have left Leonardo will few choices.

They are boosted by new signings Pazzini and Houssine Kharja, who both find a spot on the bench, but Dejan Stankovic, Ivan Cordoba and Cristian Chivu sit out bans.

The injury list includes Wesley Sneijder, Walter Samuel and MacDonald Mariga, but Julio Cesar, Milito and Coutinho are thrown right back into the starting XI.

Davide Santon also gets a rare start at left-back with Andrea Ranocchia in the centre of defence.

Palermo continue to miss Abel Hernandez, Mauricio Pinilla and Dorin Goian, but have the dangerous trident of Josip Ilicic, Javier Pastore and Fabrizio Miccoli.
