Roma captain Francesco Totti insists his team are united following the appointment of Vincenzo Montella on an interim basis.
The Giallorossi were thrown into turmoil last month when, after four straight defeats, Claudio Ranieri handed in his resignation.
Montella's promotion from Coach of the Giovanissimi was met with scepticism, but Roma have yet to suffer defeat under his management.
The next 10 days will be crucial in deciding Roma's season, as they face Lecce, Shakhtar and Lazio.
"We are going through a very strange moment at Roma," Totti told Il Corriere dello Sport.
"There has been a change of Coach owed to a lack of results, which wasn't the guilt of one person in particular.
"When you're part of group, you win and lose together.
"But now we must try with all our strength to get out of this situation and return to being protagonists both in Serie A and Europe."
