Zibi Boniek feels that everyone at Juventus is to blame for the club's problems this season.
The Old Lady is in crisis after losing back-to-back games in Serie A to Lecce and Bologna.
Gigi Del Neri is thought to be under review and changes will be made in the summer.
Juventus currently lie seventh in Serie A and risk not qualifying for next year's Champions League.
Speaking to Radio Sportiva, Boniek said: "When a team is in difficulty, it's everyone's fault.
"It's not the fault of any part in particular. Juve have great character, they've always had it throughout their history.
"The players don't manage to give what the fans expect. I hope Juventus do their best.
"I am used to a winning Juve.
"In the beginning there was great optimism about Del Neri.
"It's not a brilliant period for Juventus, another defeat would be enough to put anyone in trouble."
