De Laurentiis hints at conspiracy

Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis feels that his side are being prejudiced against and that they are obviously "bothering" someone.

The Partenopei felt they deserved two penalties during Sunday's 0-0 draw with Brescia at the San Paolo. Walter Mazzarri was also sent off for protesting.

"Evidently Napoli are a reality that bothers [someone], and it's the same for Palermo, Lazio and Roma. If Serie A is only to be made up of three teams, can we create a Serie A1 with three teams and a Serie A2 for the other 17?

"That way in the end the teams who win the two Leagues can play off to win something.

"We are bothering people not because we are stronger or less strong than the others but because we have our accounts in order.

"I would prefer to stay in fifth place with our accounts in order than fall apart."
