Fabio Capello has apparently recommended that Juventus do their shopping in England this summer.
Reports that the England manager met Juventus President Andrea Agnelli on Tuesday evening were unfounded, but advice has apparently been sought.
Juventus would like Capello to become a technical director at the club once he quits the England job after the European Championship in 2012 and value his opinion.
Unsurprisingly he recommended players from his experience with England and the Premier League.
Everton and Liverpool full-backs Leighton Baines and Glen Johnson were mentioned as possible solutions to Juventus' problem at the position.
He also gave Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere a glowing write up, although it's unlikely Juventus would be able to prise such a talent away from the Emirates.
Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon is also seen as a player who would be able to bolster Juventus' options on the flanks.
