Vialli: 'I don't want Juventus job'

Gianluca Vialli has rejected calls for him to replace Gigi Del Neri on the Juventus bench. “Nobody has contacted me and I hope they don't.”

The former Bianconeri striker is one of the candidates to act as caretaker manager if Del Neri is sacked.

“Nobody has contacted me and I honestly hope they don't, as I think Del Neri should continue to the end of the season and give a sense of consistency,” Vialli told Radio Montecarlo.

“I don't think it's right to change the Coach, as it wouldn't change much at this stage.

“It's better to see where you are at the end of the campaign and then work out how to improve the team for next year.”

Juve's chances of qualifying for the Champions League are very poor, as they are 11 points off those places with nine rounds left.
