Cesena midfielder Marco Parolo insists he is flattered by the interest the Milan clubs have shown in his services.
The 26-year-old was recently rewarded for his good form with a call up to Cesare Prandelli's Italy squad.
Speaking to Sky Italia, Parolo said: "The interest of Inter and Milan certainly makes me very happy.
"They are two big clubs. But now I have to think about Cesena's survival. It's fundamental."
Looking ahead to Saturday's Derby della Madonnina, he said: "It will be a great game. It can go any way…"
