Zambrotta respects Viola threat

Gianluca Zambrotta expects a battle when Milan play Fiorentina at the Stadio Franchi this weekend.

The League leaders visit Tuscany on Sunday night in a game that may have hidden dangers despite the 23 points that separate the two clubs.

"There are no unmotivated sides and away games at Fiorentina are always difficult for everybody," the 2006 World Cup winner told La Nazione.

Fiorentina have struggled for consistency, but boss Sinisa Mihajlovic seems to be slowly turning things around.

"Mihajlovic has the grit and determination he had as a player," continued the former Bari and Juventus man.

"Sooner or later I think the results they are after will arrive.

"Fiorentina need to get into the winning habit, but with players like Juan Vargas, Alberto Gilardino, Adrian Mutu and Mario Santana, they are good enough to qualify for the Champions League."
