Udinese not a supermarket

Udinese have put a stop to the constant transfer rumours linking their players with other clubs. "We are not a supermarket."

The Stadio Friuli side have more than one star on their books being targeted by bigger outfits after a stunning campaign.

However, when asked about the future of Gokhan Inler today, patron Gianpaolo Pozzo silenced the speculation.

"It all depends on what position we finish the League campaign in," Pozzo told Radio CRC on Monday.

"It is useless to be talking about these things right now, it'll have to wait. We are not a supermarket," he added.

"We are playing football to enjoy ourselves right now, but the future will depend on the table at the end of the campaign."

Udinese are currently in fifth after losing their last two games, but still have a chance of qualifying for the Champions League.

As well as Inler, who is wanted by Napoli, they are expected to receive numerous tempting offers for Alexis Sanchez.
