Massimo Ambrosini has told Milan “we'd be idiots to let this Scudetto get away from us now.”
The Rossoneri need only one point from their remaining three games to be sure of the title after beating Bologna 1-0 this afternoon.
“We'd be idiots to let this Scudetto get away from us now,” said the midfielder on his return from a three-month injury lay-off.
“We took a crucial step today and must now remain concentrated. We've just got to wait and take our chances.”
Ambrosini is one of the players whose contract is up at the end of the season and he was asked about his future.
“Evidently this club wants to stay at the top for a long time, so victories create a mix of youth and experience in which everyone can grow.”
