Alessandro Matri admits Juventus have only “a 40 per cent chance” of reaching the Champions League, “but I have faith.”
The Bianconeri are within four points of Lazio, although Udinese and Roma are also ahead of the Old Lady.
“I'd say we have a 40 per cent chance of qualifying for the Champions League, because unfortunately it doesn't just depend on us, but I have faith,” said the striker.
Juve will know the other results by the time they take to the field against Chievo on Monday evening.
“I think when the season comes to an end every side has a few regrets. Now all we can do is win the last three games and hope the others drop points.
“Lazio have been the most consistent of the contenders, while Udinese struggled at the start and then had a great campaign.
“If we are there and so are Roma, then it's because we deserve that position and will fight to the end.”
Juve could also miss out on Europe altogether if results don't go their way, as they are currently in seventh place.
If Palermo reach the Coppa Italia Final, then only the top six Serie A teams will reach Europe.
“Credit for our comeback has to go to Gigi Del Neri, who was able to keep the team united even in the most difficult moments. We have always been behind the Coach and the results now prove it.”
Matri also had kind words for teammate Alessandro Del Piero, who signed a contract extension this week.
“Alex has always shown enthusiasm every time he steps on to the field and I consider it an honour to play alongside him for another year.”
