Milan director Ariedo Braida is reportedly in Belgium to scout Standard Liege winger Axel Witsel.
The Rossoneri have reiterated they want to sign a left-sided midfielder over the summer and 22-year-old Witsel certainly fits the bill.
According to Sky Sport Italia, director Braida has flown out to Brussels to view the player in tonight's Euro 2012 qualifier between Belgium and Turkey.
The Belgium international is thought to be worth in the region of €15m and has long been on Milan's wish-list.
