Italian champions Milan and Standard Liege have reportedly agreed a transfer fee for Axel Witsel.
Belgian daily Derniere Heure makes the claim, adding that an agreement was reached late last night.
Milan official Ariedo Braida flew out to Belgium yesterday and watched Witsel miss a penalty in the 1-1 draw with Turkey a few hours later.
It is understood that the Rossoneri will now discuss personal terms with the left-sided midfielder.
The Belgium international, still just 22-years-old, is thought to be worth in the region of €15m.
