Napoli and Bologna have agreed a fee for Miguel Angel Britos, according to Sky Sport Italia.

The Azzurri have reportedly agreed to hand over €10m to the Rossoblu for the man who will turn 26 next week.

Britos, an Uruguayan, moved to Serie A in 2008 from Wanderers and has developed into a regular at the Stadio Dall'Ara.
