Novara have officially signed striker Pablo Granoche from Chievo, joining Taka Morimoto.
The newly-promoted club released a statement confirming they had secured Granoche on loan with an option to buy half his contract from Chievo at the end of the season.
Former Triestina hitman Granoche spent much of last term on the bench, putting together one goal in 18 Serie A games.
The 27-year-old Uruguayan had been at Chievo since 2009 and curiously scored a brace to knock Novara out of the Coppa Italia in November 2010.
He is the second reinforcement for Novara's attack after the club confirmed a deal for Catania's Japanese international Morimoto.
