Stefano Okaka was dropped from Roma's pre-season training camp. “It was like a bucket of cold water.”
The former Fulham and Bari striker is not part of Coach Luis Enrique's plans and has been left at home while his teammates went to Brunico.
“The lad is very upset and bitter,” agent Giampiero Pocetta told Rete Sport.
“Being excluded from the training camp was like a bucket of cold water over his head. Out of respect for his teammates, he accepted the situation.
“The transfer market will give us new indications for a move and clearly Roma will have no problems letting him talk to other clubs.”
The ex-Italy Under-21 international has struggled to find form in recent years and spent much of his time out on loan.
