Roma have reportedly agreed a deal for free agent Gabriel Heinze, beating competition from Bologna and Cagliari.
The former Manchester United veteran had spent last season at Olympique Marseille, but terminated his contract.
He is a free agent and, according to Itasportpress, has been in negotiations with the Giallorossi.
There was also interest from the likes of Bologna and Cagliari for the 33-year-old.
However, it is widely believed Roma have already secured a contract worth €600,000 per season for the Argentine.
