Summer signing Ricky Alvarez netted twice as Inter crushed Mezzocorona 6-1 in today's friendly test.

The Nerazzurri lined up for their second game of the season at the training camp in Pinzolo and, just like the result against Trentino, it ended 6-1.

Alvarez was the star of the show once again by netting a brace, as did Goran Pandev.

Samuel Eto'o and Wesley Sneijder also hit the back of the net.

Yuto Nagatomo was rested as a precautionary measure due to a slight muscular problem in his left thigh.

Coach Gian Piero Gasperini tested out both a three-man defence and four at the back during this match.
